To register for the P.R.E.P. Program for 2010-2011, please complete the registration form listed below and return to the Parish Rectory, 148 Church Street, Phoenixville, PA  19460.  Forms are also available at the Parish Rectory.    Please note the following tuition adjustments:

One child - $100.00

Two children - $130.00

Three or more children - $150.00
