Exterior Renovations at Sacred Heart Church

Many people have noticed the exterior work being done at Sacred Heart Church. This has included scraping, caulking and glazing of stained glass windows and exterior painting of the church.  The painting of the church has required three different boom lifts and has taken longer than anticipated because we have experienced several unforeseen problems, such as extreme heat, the need to replace five broken windows in the church basement and steel shutters that at first glance appeared to be wooden, etc.  The last part of the project is the scraping and painting of the steeple. To date, the project has amounted to $25,000+

Recently, our painting contractor took Father Mike up on the large lift so that he could inspect the steeple and the work being done.
